As an Online Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring online content, investigating safety concerns, and ensuring compliance with community standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content and online interactions to identify violations of safety guidelines. Thoroughly investigate reported incidents, employing strong analytical skills to assess cases and determine appropriate measures. Collaborate with various departments to create and enhance effective online safety policies and procedures. Analyze and report on safety trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Keep abreast of current safety challenges and propose proactive solutions to mitigate risks. Educate users about online safety practices to foster a secure and positive user experience. Fluency in both Czech and English (written and verbal) is required. Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a similar role is beneficial. Strong analytical and research skills for investigating incidents effectively. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset when addressing safety issues.
