Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Online Safety Specialist fluent in both Danish and English, offering the unique opportunity of paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe online environment by monitoring user interactions, addressing safety concerns, and implementing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate user-generated content and interactions to identify breaches of safety standards and community guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, analyzing data to make informed decisions regarding safety actions. Collaborate with various departments to create and enhance online safety policies and procedures that align with best practices. Compile and present reports on online safety trends and incidents to provide insights and recommendations to management. Remain informed about current online safety challenges and emerging threats, proposing proactive measures to mitigate risks. Educate and guide users on safe online practices to foster a secure community environment. Fluency in Danish and English (both written and verbal) is required. Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a similar field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address incidents and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information sharing across teams. An eye for detail and a proactive approach to recognizing and resolving safety issues. Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is an advantage. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria is a must for this position.
