This is a pivotal role combining proactive sales outreach with customer service excellence, focusing on converting leads, managing bookings, and maximising revenue through strategic upselling.
You’ll work with structured workflows, proven scripts, and time management techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving serious sales growth. This is your chance to own the entire customer journey from first enquiry to post-trip follow-up, directly impact revenue, and work in a fast-growing, exciting travel business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead Conversion & Sales:

• Convert campervan enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Follow up on quotes and remedy customer retention
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to unconverted leads
• Upsell insurance packages and cross-sell tours/activities

Customer Communication:

• Handle live chat, email, and phone enquiries
• Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments
• Provide pre-trip customer care and after-sales support

Daily Operations:

• Process manual booking confirmations
• Action new quote requests promptly
• Follow up outstanding payments
• Address problem bookings by priority
