OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for processing online sales, managing returns and customer queries, printing picking lists, sending dispatch emails and tracking information; and contributing to the overall success of the online sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
  • Team player who’s happy to get stuck in.
