CORE FUNCTIONAL / HARD SKILLS

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Wayfair, Walmart Marketplace, etc. (Good to have)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ability to analyze sales and performance data.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and digital marketing impact on online sales.
  • Expertise in product listing optimization (titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords).
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, and MAP policies.

INTERPERSONAL / SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination.
  • Solid project management skills to handle multiple launches, campaigns, and cross-functional tasks.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on brand representation and end-consumer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all online product content across sales partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized.
  • Optimize product detail pages for SEO, conversion, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of online listings to maintain brand consistency.
  • Enforce IMAP policies across all online partners and update pricing during adjustments, increases, or promotional periods.
  • Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies in coordination with the customer support team.
  • Support the online account manager by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on online sales data.
  • Ensure performance standards are met across online accounts, collaborating with operations to address gaps.
  • Upload new products and related content as communicated by the R&D team.
  • Assist in onboarding and setting up new online accounts.
