Online sales are now a key part of the Hospice Shop’s income stream, with continued growth through our social media platforms, Ebay, Amazon and other online selling initiatives. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a fixed term contract, which will run until the 30th September 2025. Your expected hours will be between 20-30 per week.
You will have a passion for pre-loved goods, and you will support our E-Commerce Sales Coordinator in driving online sales and deliver excellent customer service throughout the donator and buyer journey.

JOB PURPOSE

• Ensure the Hospice achieves the best monetary return on donated items sold through eBay and other online selling initiatives.
• Maintain and grow social media and marketing for online sales, seeking new PR opportunities
• Work with the E-commerce Sales Coordinator to maximise sales through multiple online avenues
• Ensure that all customers experience an excellent standard of customer service from both yourself and volunteers in your area.
• Assist E-commerce Sale Coordinator with recruitment and training of volunteers
• Ensure smooth running of online sales operation in absence of E-Commerce Sales Coordinator
