KMS Tools & Equipment Ltd. is an industrial distributor of tools and equipment with 14 locations, an outside sales team covering many major parts of BC and Alberta. We are proudly Canadian owned and operated and are looking for highly motivated individuals that are passionate about working in the tool industry.
In preparation for the holiday season we are looking to add seasonal contracts to support our online order processing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Skilled in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive
  • Has a positive, friendly attitude and likes helping people
  • Has exceptional communication and people skills
  • Is able to provide outstanding customer service in a helpful, professional manner
  • Has exceptional computer skills including email, web applications, and other software
  • Experienced in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive
  • Works with a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Has a strong ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask
  • Wants to excel
  • Is able to work independently or as part of a team, and requires minimal supervision
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and is highly motivated to improve processes and procedures

Responsibilities
  • Providing exemplary service to online sales customers through email and phone correspondence.
  • Efficiently and accurately process all Web orders.
  • Facilitating a seamless return process for online customers.
  • Communicate with other stores regarding buy online, pick-up in store.
  • Assist with picking and shipping orders as needed.
  • Work hard to “get it done” and have fun doing so!
