Role Overview:
The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing online sales channels, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Magento and proven experience in driving digital sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (Magento).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Optimize website performance, including product listings, user experience, and checkout processes.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, shipping methods, and CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide excellent online customer service support when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in online sales/e-commerce, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento (essential); knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing strategies, and online sales funnels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
