LTK Consultants has exciting new opportunity for a ‘Online Sales Executive’ to join our team at Birmingham Business Park on a full-time permanent basis, with an attractive basic salary of £27,000 and an OTE £33,100 – Rotational shifts covering 7 days per week 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday 9am – 17:30pm Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday.
LTK Consultants is a leading Automotive Consultancy Company specialising in multiple digital online platforms within industry leading manufacturers. As an outsourced business, high standards of delivery are imperative in order to keep our clients and customers satisfied.
You will be working in partnership with Stellantis &You UK a prestigious dealer group covering a number of brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Vauxhall, Fiat and Abarth and new UK entry LeapMotor.
This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our online sales team. The sales executive is the first point of contact on behalf of the dealerships and as such, high levels of professionalism and energy are needed, to ensure that every customer receives the very best in personal service. This position is a blend of sales and customer service – every call, every lead is an opportunity to convert to the business and you will be measured and rewarded as such.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and innovate new ways of selling virtually and building relationship through a remote sales process
  • Gather customer and market data to understand what the customer needs.
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections
  • Highlight additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories and service plans.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements
  • Communicate with our dealership sales teams to ensure the highest level of continuous customer service.
