We are recruiting for an experienced Online Sales Executive to join the team in our Newbridge Head Office, Co. Kildare.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of website merchandising and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist with basic website merchandising tasks, including updating product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to improve the online customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online sales and digital marketing.
- Work weekends (from home) as part of the regular schedule.
