We are recruiting for an experienced Online Sales Executive to join the team in our Newbridge Head Office, Co. Kildare.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of website merchandising and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Assist with basic website merchandising tasks, including updating product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to improve the online customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online sales and digital marketing.
  • Work weekends (from home) as part of the regular schedule.
