JOB SUMMARY

The Online Sales Lead & AI Specialist is responsible for driving online sales through proactive client engagement, leveraging digital platforms, and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize communications, analyze sales data, and streamline digital selling processes. This role involves managing existing business-to-business (B2B) client relationships while expanding our customer base through effective online sales strategies.

• Lead online sales activities targeting end-users and existing business clients primarily through digital channels, including email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships by proactively identifying and communicating sales opportunities and product solutions.
• Manage the online sales pipeline effectively, ensuring follow-ups, client satisfaction, and successful closing of sales opportunities.
