Job Title: Online shopping Operation Specialist(contractor) Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany; Hague, Netherlands; Budapest, Hungary Main Responsibilities: 1. Partner registration, approval, and account application; 2. Provide guidance and training for partners to place orders, track and process orders, review relevant information (warranty location and warranty period), confirm payment information, align financial information, and maintain order status. 3.Coordinated with Service Partners, Representative office and HQ to address and resolve any issues which block Warranty extension. 4. After-sales maintenance documents, license issuance, etc. Requirements: 1- Project Management Planning and Coordination: Strong skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating service activities and projects. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple service requests and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. 2- Customer Relationship Management Customer Service: Excellent skills in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, service partners, and internal teams. 3-Soft Skills Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and requirements. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all service-related activities.
