Leonidas Chocolates is seeking a proactive individual to join our team in a temporary, full-time role supporting both our online store and retail shop.
Role Highlights:
Process and pack online orders with accuracy and care
Provide customer support via email, live chat, and phone orders
Update product descriptions and promotions online
Assist customers in-store at our Central Market shop
Manage stock, process deliveries & maintain food safety paperwork
Help train temporary staff during peak periods (Christmas, Easter)
Contract: Oct 2025 – Mar 2026 (potential to become permanent)
Hours: 30–40 per week (extra in December), flexible shifts 8am–5pm, Mon–Sat
Flexibility: Time off during school holidays possible
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, customer -focused, and a great team player.
