In this role, you will provide expert assistance to Norwegian clients, ensuring an effortless and satisfying shopping experience on our digital platform. Your primary focus will be to support customer inquiries and technical issues with expert assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Offer support to Norwegian-speaking customers with online store navigation, orders, and payments Address customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly via chat, email, and phone Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
