Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the content, quality and navigation of the online store and communication channels, to deliver the best customer journey.
  • To Build, Execute, Analyse and report on all digital marketing campaigns & content across channels.
  • To deliver on Omni KPIS using all levers, engaging content, site & storefront.
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention.
  • Accountable for brand campaign management – includes the execution of digital campaigns & the full suite of digital channel reporting
  • To align digital content across all digital channels.
  • Manage content calendars together with merchants.
  • Liaise across Buying, Marketing and Bash
