Job Description Job Purpose Serve as a core delivery partner within the survey operations ecosystem, bridging research design, commercial requirements, and technical execution. Own the programming and quality assurance of consumer panel surveys, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities You will : Survey Programming & Build Program and configure online surveys using enterprise survey platforms and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript). Translate research designs and specifications into executable survey logic, quotas, and validation rules. Support multicountry, multilanguage, and multidevice survey deployments at scale. Quality Assurance & Data Integrity Conduct comprehensive QA testing to ensure accuracy, logic integrity, and usability prior to launch. Validate data outputs to ensure surveys meet internal and commercial specifications. Identify and resolve survey issues throughout the data collection lifecycle. Execution & Delivery Manage assigned survey workloads to ensure timelines and delivery commitments are met. Support concurrent projects across multiple clients, panels, and methodologies. Partner with fielding, data processing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and handoff. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a key connection point between commercial teams, consultants, survey operations, and data acquisition partners. Support clarification of requirements, timelines, and tradeoffs during survey execution. Communicate status, risks, and resolution plans clearly to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Contribute to standardization of survey templates, reusable components, and best practices. Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and turnaround time. Stay current on survey programming techniques, platform capabilities, and industry trends. Qualifications Qualifications 1+ years of experience in survey programming, survey operations, or data processing. Handson experience working with online surveys, logic, quotas, and respondent data. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Solid understanding of survey logic, research workflows, and data structures. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedrivendriven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset and comfort working across global teams. Technical & Educational Requirements Working knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting languages used in online surveys. Proficiency with webbasedbased survey platforms and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
