REQUIREMENTS

✅ Experience in teacher recruitment and access to a strong network of educators (such as connections with public/private school teachers).
✅ Good understanding of the education industry and the ability to accurately match suitable teachers to the role.

• Screen candidates, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and arrange demo lessons to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Maintain recruitment resources and build a database of potential teachers.
