At Tutology, we are passionate about delivering the highest standard of online education in Maths, English, and Science. As a growing and personal online tuition company, we aim to make high-quality, affordable education accessible to all—from high-achieving students to those with special educational needs (SEN) or from low-income backgrounds.
We’re currently seeking dynamic and dedicated tutors to join our team. If you’re a high achiever with a strong academic background who can motivate and engage students through interactive, structured learning, we’d love to hear from you.

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (required

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 hours commitment per week
• Availability during weekends and weekday evenings (daytime occasionally needed)
• Lessons held weekly at consistent times
• Enhanced DBS (we can assist if needed, for a fee)
• 2:1 degree or above, or currently pursuing a degree
• Achieved Grade 8/9 at GCSE and A-Level in the relevant subject
• Familiarity with 11+ and Independent School Entrance Exams (particularly in London and the South East)
• Two professional references
• Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred
• Strong time management and organisational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete online training to meet Tutology’s standards
• Deliver structured and engaging online lessons via Zoom, using interactive tools and digital resources
• Use and adapt Tutology-provided materials, ensuring sessions are tailored to students’ needs
• Assign and review homework regularly to support learning progression
• Provide individualised feedback in line with our reporting framework
• Use our online tutor portal to manage scheduling, communication, and student records
• Collaborate and liaise with the Tuition Manager regularly

• GCSE Maths tuition
• GCSE Science tuition
• A-Level Maths / Science tuition
• 11+ and Independent School Examination preparations (Maths)
• KS1 - KS3 Maths tuition
• KS1 - KS3 Science tuition
