JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated female Sales Associates to join our growing team at CreditCare Credit Management LLC. This is a sales and customer service-focused role where you will handle incoming leads, assist clients with debt management solutions, and maintain excellent communication on behalf of the customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only (as per business needs).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Professional, presentable, and client-oriented.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, messages from potential clients.
• Provide accurate and timely debt management services.
• Sell the company’s credit and financial solutions to qualified leads.
• Act as the point of contact for the customer and communicate on their behalf with relevant departments.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain client records and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
