Company Description Mozambique LNG is a strategic project – order of magnitude cost of $18 billion Onshore facilities include 2 LNG trains (13 mtpa), LNG and Condensate storage, Marine Facilities (Jetty and loading facilities), Utilities and Early Site Infrastructure (Resettlement Village, Security works, airport, permanent camps, and roads) The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the Contract Administration activities related to the management of the EPC contracts for Onshore package of the MZ LNG project at Site. The associated EPC contract value is circa $4 Billion for 4 years. Job Description Ensure that the EPC Contract part assigned (ISBL/OSBL) is administered in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and that Company’s interests are always protected: · Administer, change orders logs and filing, · Support Contract Engineers in contractual correspondence · Review requests for Change Orders and prepare / validate change order quantities, inspect and check on site as necessary · Review, analyze and recommend course of action on Contractor’s proposal, support Project teams, · Prepare supporting evidence to change Orders and Amendments in line with Project and Company procedures, · Liaise with the relevant site technical teams (DUET) to ensure that the technical requirements are adequately incorporated into the Change Orders process and collaborate with various cross functional departments to ensure timely preparation and readiness. · Review and support the processing of Contractor’s monthly applications for payment and verify invoice submissions, · Liaise with Lead Contract Engineers and Contract Engineers at Site · Liaise, interface and support Company on Site Management team providing all technical and contractual support on a day-to- day basis Qualifications · Qualified Contract Engineer, experienced with EPC/EPCC construction contracts, strong knowledge in construction law and proven experience in management of Oil & Gas project · Degree in Quantity Surveying; Business school or equivalent. · Professional experience: 10 years – mini 5 years of experience in similar position - Knowledge of Contract management in project environment, in an international context - Skills to manage technical issues, and relationship with Contractor’s technician and project Site team - Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling. · Languages: good command of English mandatory. Additional Information Location: AFUNGI, MOZAMBIQUE Rotation: 4x4 Start: April 2026 Duration: 1 year with possible extension
