Company Description Mozambique LNG is a major energy development led by our client, representing an investment of approximately $18 billion. The project includes the construction of two LNG trains, storage facilities, marine infrastructure, utilities, and extensive site infrastructure. The Onshore scope, valued at around $9 billion, is being delivered through multiple EPC contracts. Based in Milan with occasional international missions, this role plays a key part in driving quality performance, integration, and continuous improvement across a complex, multinational project environment. Job Description Define and manage project-wide quality KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and disciplines Lead quality data management and reporting systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, lessons learned) Monitor Cost of Quality and performance trends, escalating key issues Develop and deploy quality culture and competency programs Govern digital tools and reporting processes supporting quality and performance Act as interface with headquarters for performance feedback and reporting Qualifications Degree in Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree preferred) ~20 years’ experience in project quality, performance, or EPC environments Strong background in quality assurance systems and KPI management Experience on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects Knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines Strong communication and reporting skills in an international environment Additional Information Location: Position based in Milan with some exceptional missions to CONTRACTOR’s and SUBCONTRACTOR’s construction locations whenever his/ her expertise is required.
