Property Summary: The Ridge at Wiregrass Ranch is an elegant, new single-family home community in Wesley Chapel, close to great schools, shopping and dining, plus easy access to the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance. Process incoming requests in the system and follow up as needed Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system. General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations. Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures. Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues. Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting Event Set Up Plus other work-related tasks as needed Occasional weekends will be required Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred. Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required. Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired. Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual is a plus. Must be a proficient problem-solver. Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment, or the public in general. Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance are a plus, but not necessary. Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary. Pay : $ 19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities
