Job Title: Onsite Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, possible weekends and OT, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM- Days off would shift through the week in this instance

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Onsite Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of temporary staff at a client warehouse facility. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client and InStaff, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong workforce performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and is focused on client satisfaction and workforce productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or onsite staffing supervision preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus- not required
Responsibilities
  • Manage the growth and maturity of an onsite staffing account
  • Supervise Onsite Leads and temporary workforce assigned to the client warehouse
  • Ensure 100% compliance and fulfillment of client job orders
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management
  • Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through quality oversight of temporary workers’ performance
  • Collaborate with Staffing Supervisors to recruit, onboard, and train warehouse associates
  • Work closely with the next level manager to implement work procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing processes
  • Generate and deliver client reports as requested by upper management
  • Proactively suggest value-added services to support client retention and operational efficiency
  • Provide support during client peak periods and cover staffing gaps as needed
  • Work extended hours as necessary
