Overview $19.00/hr | Onsite Call Center Representative | Shifts: Overnight Qualfon is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Banking Specialists) to support a financial services client. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience who are ready to grow their skills in banking, credit cards, and fraud support. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound questions across phone, email, chat, and digital channels. Veterans and military family members are encouraged to apply Responsibilities What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer service calls, emails and chats Assist with: Credit card and consumer loan questions Fraud-related inquiries and authorizations Checking, savings, and CD account maintenance Help members recover online credentials Complete account updates (authorized users, balance transfers, IRA changes) Document interactions clearly and accurately Escalate issues when needed and follow established procedures Meet service level, quality, and attendance expectations Qualifications What We’re Looking For 1 year of customer service experience required: banking, financial services, call center, insurance, or fraud experience a plus Call center experience preferred but not required High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally Ability to multitask in multiple computer systems Typing speed: 20 WPM with 90% accuracy Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts Basic computer and troubleshooting skills Pay Range USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
