Description Job Title: Sited Community Association Manager Location: Luxury Condominium Building in Holly Hill, Florida Company: MAY Management Services, Inc. Position Overview: The Sited Community Association Manager serves as the on-site representative for MAY Management Services at Marina Grande, a luxury condominium community in Holly Hill, Florida. This position oversees the daily operations of the Association, ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards and that residents receive exceptional service. The Site Manager acts as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and MAY Management’s corporate office. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the condominium association. Support and advise the Board of Directors on Association business, policies, and procedures. Manage contracts and performance of vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective service delivery. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with community standards. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, management reports, and board packets. Attend and facilitate Board and Annual Meetings, including drafting meeting minutes and follow-up action items. Monitor Association financials, assist with budget preparation, and review monthly financial statements. Coordinate projects, repairs, and capital improvements in collaboration with vendors and contractors. Ensure compliance with Florida Condominium Law and the Association’s governing documents. Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, Board members, and staff, fostering a professional and service-oriented environment. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Active Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) License required. (This is a MUST not a plus!) Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing condominium associations, preferably luxury or high-rise communities. Strong knowledge of Florida condominium statutes and association operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and association management software. Professional presence with strong customer service and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion. Work Schedule & Compensation: Full-Time, On-Site position based at Marina Grande in Holly Hill, FL.
