WHAT WE NEED

• At least an MBO level 4 degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• A valid driver’s license (B)
• A results-driven and commercial mindset
• Strong communication skills, both with flex workers and clients
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Recruit, select, and onboard new flex workers
• Support and coach flex workers during their employment
• Ensure efficient workforce planning and transport scheduling
• Take care of back-office tasks such as salary payments and creating error-free contracts
• Guarantee qualitative pool management, covering absence, holidays, and performance reviews
• Coordinate recruitment procedures, including scheduling and hosting interviews
• Act as the first point of contact for both the client and the flex worker
