You'll be working for one of ONSITE campaigns, in one of our account that operates a grocery delivery and pick-up service. Provide personalized and high-quality customer service. Actively listen and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Ensure customer satisfaction from the first contact. Manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. Qualifications What are we looking for? Advanced English (B2+ - C1) Experience in BPO or customer service (1-2 years). Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Knowledge of MS Office and the Internet. Availability to work rotating shifts. Completed high school diploma. 18 years or older with complete documentation (CURP, NSS, Tax Certificate, etc.).
