THE OPPORTUNITY We have an opportunity available for Onsite Desktop Support Technician to join our Fujifilm Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division based in Brisbane QLD. In this role, you will provide IT Support to FBAU users ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide Onsite IT Support: Diagnose and resolve end-user issues promptly, prioritize based on business impact, and travel to metropolitan sites when required. Manage Hardware and Setup: Coordinate large-scale hardware refresh projects and prepare devices for new starters. Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and work collaboratively to ensure smooth resolution. AV and Event Support: Deliver audio-visual support for Town Halls, department meetings, and conferencing tools such as MS Teams and Zoom. Customer Experience and Communication: Respond professionally to user requests, maintain clear communication throughout resolution, ensure data privacy, and provide guidance to prevent future issues. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience working in a level 2-3 desktop support or similar role 3+ years’ experience supporting Windows operating systems Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11) Ability to troubleshoot issues across a wide variety of both Microsoft M365 systems and internal business applications Support of end user hardware across Dell, HP and Lenovo desktop/laptop types Configuring of Intune and Microsoft applications on both Android and iOS mobile devices Microsoft Active Directory and Entra AV support (webcam/sound) and conferencing tools such as MS Teams and Zoom Troubleshooting of network issues across wifi/wired and cellular Troubleshoot Netskope SASE platform BENEFITS: 12 weeks full pay parental leave.
