Onsite EAP Clinician   CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a French-speaking, licensed mental health professional to provide onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services in the Brampton, ON area. This is a worksite-based, part-time contract position requiring approximately 3 hours per month.   Eligible providers may include Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, or other appropriately licensed mental health professionals authorized to practice in Ontario. Fluency in French is required to support the needs of the client population.   The primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to participate in company-related activities such as trainings, orientations, tabling events, and other workplace wellness initiatives, as requested. Primary Responsibilities * Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions to Introduce and Promote the Program and its Services * Participates in Onsite Workplace Activities Such as Health Fairs, Open Enrollment Events, Tabling Events, and Other Wellness or Employee Engagement Initiatives * Provides General Consultation and Guidance to Employees and Supervisors Regarding EAP Services and Available Resources * Promotes Awareness and Utilization of the EAP through Presentations, Outreach, and Engagement with Employees * Supports the Client Organization’s Wellness Initiatives and Helps Foster a Positive Connection Between Employees and the EAP Program * Helps Maintain Strong Program Visibility and Contributes to Overall Program Satisfaction at the Worksite Required/Minimum Qualifications * Current Registration in Good Standing with the Appropriate Provincial Regulatory Body in Quebec * Post-Graduate Clinical Experience Providing Counseling or Mental Health Support * Experience Supporting Individuals with Workplace or Work-Related Concerns * Experience Providing Training, Presentations, or Group Sessions in a Workplace Setting * Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for Engaging with Employees and Leadership in a Professional Environment * Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications * Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Preferred CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.
