OVERVIEW OF ROLE

IT Resourcing at Ergo, are looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer for a large public sector client based in Dublin 2. This role would be part of a Helpdesk team which supports over 1,000 staff from sites around the country.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as first point of contact for ICT support via phone and email
  • Provide second-level support remotely or on-site across Department locations
  • Deliver desk-side assistance in Dublin offices when needed
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or service providers
  • Set up and configure hardware, mobile devices, and softwareBrief users on using laptops, tablets, and phones
