Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Emirati IT Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Nationality: Emirati (UAE Passport Holder)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, switches, routers, and servers.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED10.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to internal users.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of servers, networks, and IT security systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and upgrade of IT systems and applications.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, network diagrams, and configuration details.
  • Ensure data backup procedures and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Provide support for IT-related projects and rollouts.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards.
