5+ years’ experience in a similar hands-on IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows-based environments and end-user hardware.
Basic understanding of networking, server room operations, and cabling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with remote teams.
Strong organizational skills, especially in asset tracking and inventory management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Provide on-the-ground support for end-user workplace technology including laptops, thin clients and peripherals.
Carry out hardware-related tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.
Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.
Act as the onsite “hands and eyes” for the global support teams by supporting basic server and networking support under the guidance of remote teams.
Collaborate with global tech support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Respond to and troubleshoot first-level hardware and connectivity issues as they arise.
