JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on On-Site Manager to lead our day to day delivery operations. You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction while building a great culture on site at Alkaia. This is a frontline leadership role responsible for supporting and managing a team of delivery associates, overseeing fleet usage and condition, improving performance standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Have the right to work in the UK
Hold a current full UK or EU driving licence
One day weekend working required
Days required: - Sunday to Thursday working
Have no more than 6 penalty points on current Driving Licence
Be required to complete and pass a DBS check (cost covered by company)
Be responsible for own transportation to and from the Amazon Depot DIP1, Sproughton Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BL
Provide own safety shoes
