This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy multi-drop delivery operation, supporting drivers, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Monitor team performance, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative working environment. Analyse operational data to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards through clear communication. Manage driver training bookings and support workforce planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Oversee social media activity to promote recruitment opportunities and enhance brand awareness. Work closely with the Audit, Recruitment and HR teams to support operational excellence. Skills & Experience Previous management or supervisory experience. Experience within the logistics or transport sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams. Confident using online systems and social media platforms.
