As an OnSite Manager, you ensure the connection between the client, the international employees, and OTTO Work Force. You feel like the owner of your branch with the accompanying responsibilities. This also means that you sometimes need to be available in the evening or on Saturday. Here you feel good about. The right combination of enthusiasm, courage, and perseverance ensures that you are successful in this position. What are you going to do exactly? You regularly surprise your client with improvement proposals and are always one step ahead of them. You coordinate the demand for flexible labor with both the client and the international employees, and you ensure a stable pool of good international employees. Then you translate this into a clear long-term plan that you regularly evaluate with OTTO, your team, and the client. You work from our own OnSite office at the client's location and lead your own team. You guide and coach your team so that they continue to develop. You ensure a well-functioning team that excels, sets goals, and makes a difference. You turn the right knobs for the very best result. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, you set goals to elevate yourself, your team, and your client to a higher level. Who are you and what can you contribute to our company? Furthermore, you bring the following: You have a higher professional education level with leadership skills. You are proficient in English Also knowledge of the Dutch language, or willingness to learn it. Mastering another language, such as Polish, Slovak, Bulgarian, or Romanian, is a plus.
