Job Description Job Title: Onsite NVH Lead Location: Saudi Arabia Sector: Automotive Company Description We are looking for an experienced Onsite NVH Lead to join an automotive project in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a professional with strong hands-on expertise in vehicle-level NVH troubleshooting, Transfer Path Analysis (TPA), and BSR / Squeak & Rattle / Operational Sound Quality activities. Job Description The Onsite NVH Lead will be responsible for managing vehicle-level NVH performance and leading issue identification, analysis, and resolution. The role requires close coordination with engineering teams, CAE teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure NVH targets are achieved within project cost and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead vehicle-level NVH issue identification, analysis, and resolution Perform and interpret Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) Investigate and identify structure-borne and airborne noise paths Define CAE load cases and support test-to-simulation correlation Review CAD designs and recommend NVH-related design improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve NVH concerns Track, manage, and close issues using 5D, ClickUp, and IRS Ensure NVH targets are achieved within defined cost, quality, and timeline constraints Support continuous improvement of vehicle NVH performance during development and validation phases Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive NVH Strong hands-on experience in Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) is mandatory Proven experience in vehicle-level NVH troubleshooting Good understanding of Squeak & Rattle (S&R) and Operational Sound Quality Strong knowledge of structure-borne and airborne noise Good understanding of CAE processes and NVH correlation activities Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams is preferred Additional Information This is an onsite role based in Saudi Arabia within the automotive sector.
