Description

Collingwood Health are seeking an enthusiastic, process-driven individual to join our Operations Department as an Onsite Operations Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the department, within a company that values innovation. The role is full-time on a 4 month contract with the possibility to extend. You will be based at our client site working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, reporting into our Operations Manager.
A summary of the role is to undertake all professional requirements of the post and deliver a competent and quality efficient service whilst maintaining high standards of customer care/satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the OH department
  • Diary Management of OH Technician and OH Nurse
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in our patient management system (eOPAS)
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
  • File documents and maintain records
  • Sending reports to site contact
  • Managing the recall process
  • Handle sensitive information within GDPR regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health industry - desirable
  • Team player and works well under pressure
  • Professional at all times
