An Onsite POS Specialist is expected to complete full installation of Hospitality Point-of-Sale systems, gateway services and related peripherals at merchant locations. Working predominantly in the Food & Beverage sector, this position requires an understanding of hospitality workflows, coordination with merchants to ensure all requirements are met before, during and after installation.
Installers will work with our clients by promoting the highest level of service and professionalism. They are also required to train clients on POS ecosystems once installed, especially covering items such as, taking food orders, opening closing tables, cashing up, reconciliation etc. Representatives are also expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the entire hospitality merchant processing industry.
WORKSITE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Installations for onsite services will be predominantly national & but with the possibility of some international travel required too. There will be time allocated for administrative and support tasks to be addressed in the office/home. The majority of onsite installations will take place within a 200 miles radius of Bristol.
