Job Description: SumnerOne is seeking an Onsite Print Support Specialist to join our team at our in-house print shop at STLCC! In this role, you will support day-to-day operations of a high-volume print environment and handle courier package services. Daily communication with customers is a key part of this position. Responsibilities: * Production Printing Operations: * Operate high-volume production color and black-and-white machines to produce print booklets with GBC and spiral binding. * Operate wide-format inkjet plotters and flatbed printers. * Customer Interaction: * Communicate daily with customers, providing guidance on print production, finishing services, and courier deliveries. * Technical Proficiency: * Use business software applications for documentation, reporting, communication, and print production, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Capture. * Physical Activity: * Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing. * Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations. * Courier Service: * Deliver items to local customers using a company vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required.
