Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead vehicle-level NVH issue identification and drive cross-functional root-cause resolution. Define and drive design content and mitigation plans to achieve NVH targets within program cost and timing. Troubleshoot NVH concerns including Squeak & Rattle (S&R) and other sound quality issues (OSQ). Support trade-off decisions between performance attributes and cost. Cascade NVH requirements across teams and ensure execution follow-up. Review CAE load cases and performance results; provide data-driven technical recommendations. Coordinate with Module Group Leads (MGLs), suppliers, and subject matter experts on design iterations and feasibility. Lead issue tracking, escalation, and closure through 5D / ClickUp / IRS systems. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience Proven experience leading vehicle-level NVH performance and issue resolution in an automotive program environment. Experience working with CAE teams and reviewing CAE load cases and performance outputs. Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional engineering stakeholders. Additional Information Required Skills & Competencies Strong CAE understanding (ability to interpret results and drive recommendations). NVH troubleshooting expertise, including Squeak & Rattle (S&R) and OSQ. TPA (Transfer Path Analysis) – mandatory. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Hands-on experience with issue tracking/escalation tools: 5D / ClickUp / IRS. Ability to drive structured problem solving and decision-making under time/cost constraints.
