JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 plus years of proven experience in project coordination or related roles with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Construction site operations and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and effective Microsoft office & computer IT skills mandatory
  • Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide a clean driver’s abstract
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and promote team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.
  • Implement change management strategies to support project transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and quality management assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies for effective program development and execution.
  • Manage project documentation including process mapping, requirements analysis, and project plans.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques to assess progress against goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for successful project implementation and delivery.
  • Communicating with construction trades onsite and suppliers to schedule the delivery/installation of materials and labor
