Responsibilities

The Recruitment/ Account Manager will support service delivery across our client’s facility based in Edmonton. You will be required to cover holidays and sickness across sites within the cluster. You will support the smooth running of the facilities. Managing staff rota’s, sickness and holiday. Recruiting new and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.
