Onsite Sales Coordinator- Boston, MA Responsibilities: * Assist Sales Team as required in ensuring the sales office and model home(s) are in optimum showing condition at all times * Assist Sales Team in maintaining office files * Greet and get prospective buyer signed/logged in * Give overview of the property to prospective buyers as needed * Give tours to prospective buyers as needed * Manage incoming calls and take messages * Update mailing lists by adding new prospects and making address changes as needed on Hubspot * Coordinate appointment schedules for open houses, showings, and all closing appointments * Fulfill miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, accepting deliveries, screening phone calls, making copies, etc. * Answer routine inquiries from prospective buyers and brokers * Provide clerical support to Sales Team and Sales Associate during the sales process when required * Respond to basic emails request for information in a timely manner * Assist with MLS, LINK entries and follow up * Create and distribute all weekly reports * Manage and update the Excel-based sales tool * Manage all closing procedures, coordinate with attorneys, banks and team * Schedule and manage all pre-closing walk-throughs   Qualifications: * Prior Sales Assistant experience preferred  * Strong Communication and organizational skills * Tech Savvy anda able to multi-task TCC is a full-service, residential real estate marketing firm specializing in the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing programs.
