Position: Onsite Sales and Laborer Location: Chantilly, VA Pay Range: $24-$28/Hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips) Full-Time We’re hiring a hardworking, customer-focused Onsite Sales & Laborer to join our growing junk removal team. This role combines on-site sales with physical labor—perfect for someone who likes staying active, meeting new people, and earning extra through performance-based pay. Responsibilities: Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing Close sales and schedule services on the spot Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
