Job Responsibilities: Meet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing Close sales and collect payment at job sites Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites Lift, load, and haul furniture, appliances, and debris Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and punctual Valid driver’s license Sales experience a plus, but we provide training Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
