JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, assisting customers over the phone and in person, and supporting the overall sales cycle. This is a client-facing role that requires native or near-native English fluency, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential
  • Experience with Google Ads (certifications are required)
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions
  • Send templated marketing emails to customers offering accessories and additional services to their order.
  • Process customer orders over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide in-person customer sales support
  • Update and maintain our order fulfillment systems
  • Perform basic profit margin and cost analysis on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries across email, phone, and in person
  • Assist with Shopify product listings, price adjustments, inventory updates, and reporting
  • Complete freight and shipping documentation for outbound orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
