We provide advanced aesthetic treatments and professional training courses to an international clientele. As we continue to grow in the UAE, we’re seeking a target-driven, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to support and accelerate our operations onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Deliver in-person consultations and confidently close deals
  • Handle client objections and lead the sales process from enquiry to payment
  • Maintain up-to-date client data using CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Support the team with admin tasks and local operations
  • Follow up consistently to build client relationships and ensure retention

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – MARKETING

  • Manage marketing materials: brochures, ads, digital content
  • Run email marketing campaigns and monitor performance
  • Work with IT to automate and streamline marketing activities
  • Stay on top of social trends and create viral, engaging content
  • Support brand consistency across all channels
  • Oversee freelancers for content creation (video, graphics, etc.)
  • Use Kajabi to manage digital courses and nurture online communities
  • Analyse market data to improve results and guide strategy
