This is a mobile site service role operating both independently and in collaboration with other Motion departments across multiple locations. This position delivers on-site industrial hose services directly to customers, strengthening relationships and positioning Motion as the preferred service contractor and supplier. What kind of work may be involved? Manufacture hose assemblies to required standards and within agreed timeframes. Inspect, test, and accurately record all assemblies in the database. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. Maintain high presentation standards for the workshop and service vehicles, including scheduled equipment servicing. Control role-related expenses and follow workshop procedures, including Health & Safety requirements. Promote Motion services, identify site-work opportunities, and support regional workshop productivity. Deliver prompt, courteous service to uphold Motion’s reputation and build a strong, repeat customer base. Participate in ongoing training, comply with company policies, and support team and business operations as required. Ideal skills & experience: Computer literate with a current, clean driver’s license and First Aid certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Mechanical aptitude with a commitment to gaining relevant industry qualifications. Professional presentation with pride in workmanship and customer service. Committed to Health & Safety, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement.
