Work Flexibility: Field-based As an On-Site Specialist, you’ll bring technical skills and a service-focused mindset to provide service to minimally invasive surgical procedures. You’ll assist in the operating room, maintain surgical equipment, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a fast-paced role with real impact on patient care. What you will do: Facilitate the use of Stryker Endoscopy equipment in coordination with the OnSite Specialists team, surgical teams, Sterile Processing teams, and biomedical teams, while maintaining OnSite Operations standards and expectations. Ensure Stryker Endoscopy equipment is properly prepared, fully operational, and compliant with standards to enable safe and efficient surgical procedures. Proactively identify the needs of surgical teams and address equipment issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot and repair surgical devices to maintain peak performance. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through Stryker training and communicate key insights to clinical teams. Document and communicate data to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient privacy requirements. Meet work schedule to ensure consistent surgical coverage as required by the medical facility. Clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments in preparation for sterilization in the Sterile Processing Department. What you need: Required Qualifications High school diploma or high school equivalent degree. 0+ years of experience in customer service or technical assistance roles. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, move up to 20 lbs continuously, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, visual acuity, color vision, and manual dexterity daily. Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to obtain HSPA certification within 6 months of hire (with annual renewal). Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree, or relevant medical certifications. Experience in operating rooms or with surgical equipment. Experience in Sterile Processing (HSPA/CRCST certification preferred). $23.73 per hour plus benefits. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards to support you. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
