InnovationTeam is seeking a talented and experienced Onsite Techno-Functional Specialist for Oracle Fusion Applications to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Applications for our clients. Your expertise will ensure that our clients leverage the full capabilities of Oracle technologies to enhance their business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements for Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Applications to meet client specifications.
• Providing technical support and guidance during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Performing data migrations, integrations, and customizations as needed.
• Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to validate implementations.
• Delivering training sessions and documentation for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the applications.
• Staying current with updates and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Applications to provide clients with the best solutions.

In this role, you will be expected to work directly with clients onsite, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with expert-level service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Specialist with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.) and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with data migration and data transformation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as needed.
• Fluent in Arabic/English.
